AscendEX will be undergoing an upgrade of copy trading from July 3, 13:30 to July 4, 4:00 (UTC).

Before the upgrade, copy traders and lead traders please ensure all your postions closed. During the upgrade, open trading/lead trading positions or pending orders will be automatically closed or cancelled at market price. Copy trading feature will be suspended during the upgrade.

Upgrade Details:

• For Copy Trading followers:
  • Copy trading will utilize an independent copy trading account. Followers will need to deposit funds into copy trading account to avoid failing copy trading due to insufficient funds
  • Followers will need to re-set the copy trading amount for lead traders in their copy trading settings
  • If the leverage mode is to follow their own futures leverage, it will be default to "Trader"
  • Followers' copy trading positions can be viewed under "My Copy Trading"
• For Lead Traders:
  • Copy trading will utilize an independent copy trading account. Lead traders will need to transfer funds into the copy trading account to ensure successful lead tradings. Lead traders' profit sharing will also be settled into the copy trading account.
  • Lead traders will have a dedicated lead trading page. Trades executed on this lead trading page will form lead trading positions, while trades on the regular contracts page will form their own trading positions.

Existing lead/follow relationships will be retained after the upgrade is completed.

We will resume all copy trading services immediately after the upgrade is finalized. Should there be any adjustments to the upgrade schedule, the platform will issue a separate announcement.
